We are seeking a polished, culturally aware, and client‑focused **Real Estate Agent – Mandarin & English** to deliver a seamless advisory experience to clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese‑speaking communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Mandarin and English
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Support clients with relocation needs, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with global professionalism and strong market knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in **Mandarin** and **English**
- Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or high‑value client‑facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
