Role Overview
As an Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Agent, you will advise clients on some of the region's most sought-after developments while managing a portfolio of qualified buyer leads.
You will build lasting client relationships, negotiate transactions, and guide buyers through every stage of the sales process.
Alongside premium developments across the UAE, you'll also have access to exciting international investment opportunities, including projects in **Georgia** and **Thailand**, allowing you to offer clients a diverse portfolio of investment options.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, disciplined, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries generated by the company
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Present Off-Plan investment opportunities across the
UAE, Georgia, and Thailand
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and developer events
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
- Maintain accurate records using the company's industry-leading CRM platform
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with new project launches and market trends
