AX CAPITAL is looking to hire ambitious and driven Secondary Market Real Estate Sales Agents who are ready to thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
As a Secondary Market Agent, you will specialize in residential rentals and resale transactions across Dubai.
You will work with a steady flow of qualified leads generated through leading property portals, company databases, and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, highly motivated by success, and eager to build a rewarding career in Dubai real estate.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads generated through Portals and other company channels
- Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- List, market, and promote properties for rent and resale
- Negotiate offers and close rental and sales transactions
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and community developments
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
