ANA Real is hiring driven Property Consultants as it expands its portfolio.
The role is positioned for sales professionals new to Dubai real estate who are ready to learn.
Compensation
- Basic monthly salary plus 30% commission for the first three months, then 50% commission afterward.
Training and support
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training from a sales manager.
- Marketing, listing and administrative support.
- RERA course and broker card (BRN) support.
- Visa support after probation and reaching the sales target.
Candidate profile
- Be a fresh, driven sales professional ready to learn; real estate experience is a plus, not a must.
- Good communication in English; other languages are a plus.
- Be self-motivated, resilient and motivated to hit targets.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and arrange viewings.
- Learn to negotiate offers and work with the team to close sales and rentals.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
