Responsibilities
- Sell and lease residential properties.
- Follow up on leads, conduct viewings, negotiate, and close deals from inquiry to handover.
Candidate profile
- Experienced Dubai agent or driven sales professional ready to learn.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Other languages are a plus.
Compensation
- Base salary plus 30% commission for the first 3 months, then 50% commission.
- Experienced agents start at 60% commission from day one, with potential to rise to 70% based on performance.
- Posting states pay from AED 0.01 per month.
Support and benefits
- Property Finder and marketing-channel leads are provided.
- Full marketing, listing, and administrative support.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training from a sales manager.
- RERA course and BRN support for new joiners.
- Visa sponsorship is offered after passing probation and meeting the target.
