We are seeking ambitious and customer‑focused **Real Estate Sales Advisors** to guide clients through Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market and deliver a seamless buying and investment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and deliver tailored sales presentations
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert advice on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
