As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to help us source top-tier property consultants from European markets to join our team on a commission-based structure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, attract, and recruit experienced and ambitious real estate consultants with a background in European property markets.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach, to connect with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates suitability, and ensure alignment with the company s sales-driven culture.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Stay up to date with market trends and understand what motivates high-performing real estate professionals in commission-based roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
