We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals, including property consultants, team leaders, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified real estate agents through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
- Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and Indeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting real estate agents in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Strong professional network within the real estate sector.
