The company seeks a confident, highly presentable Real Estate Presenter and Content Creator to represent its brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
The role focuses on on-camera presentation and property content, rather than traditional social media management.
Responsibilities
- Present luxury properties, plots, development opportunities, Dubai real estate news, market insights, and investment opportunities on camera.
- Create property walkthroughs, location-based videos, and short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop video concepts, hooks, and scripts with the team and explain technical property information as engaging stories.
- Participate in interviews, developer visits, and property shoots; travel independently to shoot locations across Dubai.
- Research content ideas and formats and help build a distinctive on-camera identity for the brand.
Candidate requirements
- Excellent spoken English, strong presentation and communication skills, and natural confidence and energy on camera.
- Strong storytelling ability and understanding of engaging social media content.
- Ability to learn Dubai real estate quickly and explain property information naturally rather than simply memorizing a script.
- A valid driving license and own car are mandatory.
- Previous experience in content creation, presenting, hosting, media, luxury, hospitality, or real estate is preferred; Dubai real estate experience is an advantage, not mandatory.
Salary and employment
- Salary is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
- Job type is full-time.
Work timing
- Work timing is Monday through Saturday.
Location and work
- The listed location is Business Bay, Dubai; the role includes travel to property and shoot locations across Dubai.
