Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Marketing Executive / Lead Generation Specialist.
The responsibilities include crafting and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, generating qualified leads, nurturing potential client relationships, and promoting the company's portfolio of luxury properties.
The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and trends.
- Solid Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Marketing abilities with a focus on lead generation and business growth.
- Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the luxury segment, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
