On-Camera Brand Host & CRM / Operations Assistant (Manager’s Aide)
📍 Dubai, UAE
🏢 360 Home Decor & Real Estate Agency
We are looking for a confident, charismatic, and highly organized individual to become the
face of our luxury real estate and interior design brand
, while also supporting internal operations and CRM management.
This is a hybrid role combining:
🎥 On-camera luxury property presentation
📊 CRM management & operational coordination
🤝 Executive support to management
What You Will Do
- Present luxury villas, developments, and investment opportunities on camera
- Host property walkthroughs and showcase interior design projects
- Represent a premium real estate & interior design brand across social media
- Manage and update CRM (leads, listings, follow-ups, tasks)
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and production teams
- Support management in daily execution and workflow organization
- Ensure smooth communication and delivery across departments
• Fluent English (mandatory)
- Russian is a strong advantage
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence
- Experience in real estate / luxury brands / media preferred
- Good understanding of CRM systems and task management
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
