Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across real estate portals and marketing platforms.
• Coordinate with agents to collect property information, photos, and required documents.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Qualify leads and assign inquiries to the sales and leasing team.
• Follow up with clients and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
• Monitor listing performance and report lead activity.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE real estate is mandatory.
• Experience in property listing management and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate portals.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
