Bedaya Real Estate is expanding its Leasing Division and is looking for talented Real Estate Leasing Consultants who are eager to build a successful career in one of the UAE's most dynamic industries.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Market and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate leasing agreements.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and available inventory.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and client relationship management.
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
