Role Description
The Real Estate Listing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
This role involves sourcing and securing new property listings, meeting property owners, and conducting property evaluations to prepare accurate and compelling listing information.
The Listing Agent will photograph and document properties, write detailed descriptions, upload listings to company and external platforms, and keep all information current.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, coordinating viewings, maintaining regular communication with clients, and collaborating with sales agents to support negotiations and closings.
The Listing Agent will also monitor local market trends, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and uphold company standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Real Property transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing processes.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple listings, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a listing or sales agent in the UAE market is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and attention to detail; valid driver’s license
