Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive off-plan sales and maximize team performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing property consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and overall team productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience, with proven off-plan sales expertise.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a senior sales role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Existing network within the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
