Real Estate Investment Manager
The ***Real Estate Investment Manager*** is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate investment opportunities that support the company’s growth and return objectives.
The role combines market research, financial analysis, deal execution, and portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and assess new real estate investment opportunities.
- Perform financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate assets and investment portfolios.
- Prepare investment memos, business cases, and presentations for senior management or investment committees.
- Analyze market trends, property values, rental performance, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, consultants, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Support negotiations, transaction structuring, and closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company investment criteria, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, asset management, and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, or financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of property valuation and investment underwriting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification in real estate, finance, or investment management.
- Experience in commercial real estate, private equity, or institutional investment.
- Knowledge of Qatar or GCC real estate markets.
- Experience working with investment committees or senior stakeholders.
- Pay: QAR115.00 - QAR173.00 per hour
