As we continue to expand, we are looking for ambitious, proactive, and results-driven Property Investment Advisors who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and real estate investments.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with investors and buyers.
While we provide marketing support and lead-generation assistance, we are looking for individuals who take ownership of their success, proactively build their own network, and create business opportunities through referrals, networking, personal branding, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate understands that success in real estate comes from consistently building trust, creating opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate and convert leads into successful property transactions.
- Conduct investment consultations and understand clients' investment objectives.
- Present suitable residential and commercial property opportunities.
- Guide clients through the complete property acquisition process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Property Investment Advisory
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
- Educate investors on project benefits, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Stay informed about new project launches, developer offerings, and market developments.
- ### Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales journey.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and investors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a target-based or commission-driven environment.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and consultative sales approach.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE Real Estate experience is highly preferred.
- Experience selling off-plan or investment-focused properties is a plus.
- Existing network of investors, buyers, brokers, or business contacts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Additional languages are a plus.

Base Salary + 50% Commission
