We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and capable of generating qualified leads through digital marketing, social media and networking activities while supporting the company's overall brand growth.
Someone who can take ownership of the company's marketing efforts and consistently generate qualified leads through innovative digital marketing strategies while helping strengthen the brand in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Generate quality buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content including reels, videos, property promotions, and advertisements.
- Manage online advertising campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
- Capture property photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Visit properties, events, exhibitions, and client locations as required.
- Conduct market research and identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Support company branding and promotional activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in Real Estate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
