Skyvora Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage focused on delivering exceptional property investment opportunities across Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist who can generate genuine, high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for Dubai real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Maintain lead databases and provide regular performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new marketing channels and strategies to increase lead volume and ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation, preferably in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Understanding of buyer behavior and property investment trends.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
