Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead handling by real estate agents.
- Track lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion rates through the CRM system.
- Conduct regular audits of calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and client interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all leads are contacted within the required response time.
- Monitor agent performance against KPIs, including response time, follow-up quality, appointments booked, and deal conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to enhance agent productivity and lead conversion.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and updated at all times.
- Investigate missed opportunities, lost leads, and customer complaints.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high customer service standards.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Real Estate Administration.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
