Key Responsibilities

• Identify, list, and manage secondary market property inventory in your designated area of specialization.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate effectively between buyers/tenants and landlords/sellers.
• Advise clients on current market trends, price valuations, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Proactively stay updated on Dubai market regulations and area-specific performance.

Requirements

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 6 months of proven sales/rental track record in Dubai’s secondary market.
• **Specialization:**
• A demonstrated ability to dominate a specific community or area.
• **Professionalism:**
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• additional languages are highly valued given our diverse client base.
• **Drive:**
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• **License:**
• RERA certification is a plus
