proven, high-performing Real Estate Consultant

The Role
This is not a role for those learning the basics of real estate.
As a Senior Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of high-value transactions, providing sophisticated market analysis and bespoke investment strategies.
You will be expected to operate with minimal supervision, leveraging your deep understanding of Dubai’s regulatory framework to navigate complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Advisory:**
- Provide high-level investment advice and portfolio management for discerning buyers and investors.
- **Deal Flow Management:**
- Manage full-cycle transactions, from initial valuation and negotiation to regulatory compliance and final handover.
- **Market Leadership:**
- Maintain an expert-level grasp of micro-market trends and regulatory changes across Dubai’s diverse districts.
- **Relationship Preservation:**
- Leverage existing networks to cultivate long-term, multi-transactional client relationships.
The "Winning Edge" (Required Experience)
- **Proven Track Record:**
- You must provide verifiable evidence of consistent sales performance and target achievement in the Dubai market.
- **Regulatory Mastery:**
- Deep, practical knowledge of DLD regulations, RERA compliance, and the legal intricacies of UAE property transactions.
- **Professional Autonomy:**
- A self-starter mentality.

Qualifications & Requirements
- **Minimum of 3-5 years**
- of active experience as a Real Estate Consultant in the Dubai market is non-negotiable.
- **Valid RERA License**
- (Current status must be verifiable).
- **Demonstrable History:**
- Candidates will be asked to discuss their most significant closed transactions during the interview process.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Advanced skills in CRM usage, property valuation tools, and professional presentation.
