Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will manage real property transactions from inception to completion, assist clients in identifying suitable real estate opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and guide them through buying, selling, and leasing processes. You will also engage in sales activities, negotiate deals effectively, and provide expert guidance on market trends and property investments. Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Willingness to participate in Training programs for continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is a plus
