Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
As a Real Estate Agent at Huspy, you will work closely with clients to facilitate property transactions, including buying, selling, renting, and advising on real estate opportunities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
Additionally, the role requires market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about trends.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
- Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
