Real Estate Broker / Property Advisor

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Source and secure property listings for sale and lease.
• Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections, and open house events.
• Create, manage, and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM systems.
• Perform market research and comparative market analysis to advise clients on pricing and market trends.
• Negotiate sales and leasing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
• Coordinate transactions, contracts, lease agreements, and other related documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous.
