- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations.
- Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, developer launches, pricing, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
