Overview
- Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified buyers through networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Present and promote off-plan projects from leading UAE developers (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, Aldar, etc.)
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to SPA signing
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date on market trends, new project launches, and developer payment plans
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Accurately update CRM with all leads, activities, and deal progress
