The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive team performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
- Generate business opportunities and assist with closing deals
