Hiring: Real Estate Admin – Dubai
ECOLIVING REAL ESTATE is looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.
Key Duties:
- Manage property listings (Property Finder, )
- Handle client inquiries (rentals & sale )
- Prepare documents (Tenancy Contracts, Ejari, NOC, Form A , B ,F & I)
- Manage listings
- Assist the daily office operation
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in Excel & property portals
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- 1 year experience preferred
Work Location: In person
