Responsibilities
- Collect property information and arrange marketing materials.
- Keep current with Dubai residential property rules and regulations.
- Create and attend property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords through the offer stage.
- Monitor transactions with sales progression and home move advisory teams.
- Make follow-up care calls after viewings and track local market trends.
- Generate business through the company database and networking.
- Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, transaction teams, and other agencies.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and strong networking skills are expected.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Smart business dress, punctuality, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and supportive teamwork are expected.
