Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to generate new business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities; prospect potential clients and build relationships over the phone.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Work toward targets and maximize business opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build client relationships and support business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in telesales, call-centre sales, cold calling, or business development.
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and comfort making a high volume of daily calls.
- Resilience, motivation, and ability to handle rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven approach and strong motivation to earn.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Commission-only earning structure with uncapped earning potential and no fixed basic salary.
- Earnings depend on performance.
