Have at least 1 year of successful real estate sales experience
Think positively and have high emotional intelligence
Can build trust and negotiate with anyone
Want to learn, grow, and develop
Communicate fluently in English
Going to be an advantage:
Experience
with CRM systems
(Google Data Studio / Tableau / Pipedrive)
Ability to use AI tools

Conducting negotiations and closing deals
Sourcing and matching properties to client needs
Strong sales and property presentation skills
Handling transactions and documentation
Providing end-to-end client support
