HR Manager position at TTF.
TTF is a Dubai Land Department (DLD) licensed Real Estate Registration Trustee and Real Estate Services Trustee office, providing real estate registration and trustee services across Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced **HR Manager** with strong expertise in HR Operations and UAE employment regulations.
Requirements
2+ years of HR Operations experience in the UAE;
Practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law;
Hands-on experience working with MOHRE, GPSSA, immigration authorities, and other UAE government entities;
Experience
managing employee lifecycle processes and HR administration;
Fluent English;
Based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle processes;
Coordinate employment-related procedures with government authorities;
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and maintain HR documentation;
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records;
Support employees on HR-related matters and prepare HR reports.
