We are looking for Passionate Energetic Experienced candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
What we need:
- Proactive Passionate about Real Estate Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
- Friendly and pleasant Personality Tidy appearance. Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic and Hindi is a plus.
- Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
- Minimum of 1 Year experience property market in Dubai, UAE
