The exclusive projects team covers projects in Dubai, Syria, Morocco, Bali, and the Maldives, with additional destinations planned.
Responsibilities
- Market residential and commercial properties through portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct viewings, present property features, and guide clients through sales.
- Assess client needs, recommend suitable properties, and provide advice through transaction completion.
- Assist tenants and landlords with leasing, negotiate rental terms, and manage transactions end to end.
- Track market trends, pricing, competitors, and provide clients with market insights.
- Maintain client, landlord, developer, and investor relationships, with consistent follow-up.
- Prepare contracts and transaction documents and comply with RERA and Dubai regulations.
- Attend industry events and launches, generate leads, and grow a professional network.
- Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- At least six months of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Currently based in Dubai and authorized to work.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
