Property sales, leasing, and client service

• Market residential and commercial properties through portals, social media, and networking channels.
• Conduct viewings, present property features, and guide clients through sales.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties with expert advice.
• Assist tenants and landlords with leasing, negotiate rental terms, and manage transactions end to end.
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity and provide clients with data-driven insights.
• Maintain client, landlord, developer, and investor relationships with consistent follow-up.
• Prepare contracts and transaction documents and comply with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Attend industry events and launches, generate leads, and expand professional networks.
• Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Must currently be based in Dubai and have the right to work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset.
