We are seeking a confident and motivated English‑Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team and support our growing international client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist English‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Conduct tailored presentations and community overviews for English‑speaking clients
- Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong communication skills
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
