Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Emirati Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in the UAE market. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends and property laws
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Prepare and process necessary paperwork and contracts
- List and market properties across various platforms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Strong interest in real estate and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Basic understanding of UAE property market (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
