Agents will support clients exploring property and investment opportunities across Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan investment opportunities.
- Present project details, payment plans, developer profiles, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits.
- Build relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Guide clients through reservation, booking, SPA signing, and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies.
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a sales career in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
