Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend off-plan investment opportunities.
- Present project details, payment plans, developers, and investment benefits to buyers.
- Manage inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits.
- Build relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners.
- Guide clients through reservations, bookings, SPA signing, and payment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Track project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing.
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required.
Requirements
- Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a Dubai sales career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
