Responsibilities
- Conduct property searches, arrange viewings, manage listings, and present property information.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with landlords, developers, and legal parties to facilitate transactions.
- Maintain market knowledge and client relationships, deliver customer service, collaborate with the team, and meet performance targets.
- Follow applicable real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License, and practical real estate knowledge.
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field, including negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market, local regulations, and property transaction processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Customer service skills, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client-focused, non-discriminatory service.
- Able to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized records and schedules.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms; CRM experience is beneficial.
