Full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in Dubai.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with leads; conduct property tours and viewings.
- Guide clients through negotiations and closing procedures; prepare and review contracts.
- Maintain local market knowledge and advise on pricing, marketing strategies, and regulations.
- Provide customer service throughout transactions and collaborate with colleagues, developers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license and foundational knowledge of real property are required.
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills are required.
- Real estate industry knowledge and familiarity with Dubai market trends are required.
- Sales skills including negotiation, lead generation, and deal closing are required.
- English fluency and a valid UAE residence visa that can be transferred or sponsored by another employer are required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are beneficial.
- CRM tools and basic office software proficiency are preferred.
- Prior real estate agent or related Dubai sales experience is an advantage.
