AL & PR Real Estate is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a **commission-only position** with **unlimited earning potential**, ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, networking, and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a client portfolio.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate deals and close transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Stay updated on market trends and property availability.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
