We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
Candidates must be fluent in **English, Arabic, and Russian** and have at least **6 months of experience** as Sale Agent in Real Estate.
This is a commission-only opportunity with high earning potential for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build client relationships
- Assist buyers, sellers, and investors with property inquiries
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Follow up with clients and maintain excellent customer service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales or real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Great customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage
Compensation
- No basic salary
- Commission-only structure
- Attractive commission ranging from 50% to 70%
