Responsibilities

• include building and maintaining a client portfolio, presenting property options from partner developers, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through contracts and closing procedures.
• The role involves staying informed about current market trends, new project launches, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, timely information.
• The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service and contribute to sales targets and business growth.
• Your day-to-day will involve:
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of real estate experience in UAE
• UAE driving license and access to a car is a plus
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
