Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting potential buyers and investors, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable properties aligned with their needs and budgets.
Responsibilities
- include building and maintaining a client portfolio, presenting property options from partner developers, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through contracts and closing procedures.
- The role involves staying informed about current market trends, new project launches, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, timely information.
- The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service and contribute to sales targets and business growth.
- Your day-to-day will involve:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
- Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
- Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of real estate experience in UAE
- UAE driving license and access to a car is a plus
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
