Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Negotiate offers, prices, and contract terms to successfully close transactions.
• Prepare and manage property listings on major property portals and social media platforms.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, and property values.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies.
• Attend developer events, project launches, and networking activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and major communities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle are an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
