Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for real estate transactions, customer service, sales, and managing real property on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Customer Service skills
Support Provided:
- Visa Sponsorship: The company will sponsor your visa for experienced agents
- Commission: You will receive a 60% commission on successful deals.
- Phone Bill Support: The company will cover your phone bill for three months, which you will PAY BACK once you start earning commissions.
- Client Meeting Transportation: The company will provide company car and driver for client meetings if needed.
- Real Estate Training: You will receive comprehensive training on Dubai real estate, covering regulations, sales strategies, and client management.
- Marketing Support: The company will provide marketing assistance to help you generate leads and grow your business. Complete tools support would be there.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
