A **Step In Property** is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful and smooth real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their preferences and budget
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and location
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, calls, and referrals
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms between clients and property owners
- Maintain and update a database of available units, listings, and leads
- Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and pricing guidance
- Prepare, review, and process necessary documents and agreements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)
- Must have Driving License and a Car

Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: Competitive commission structure based on closed deals
- Allowances: Company SIM with Data & Calls
- Training: Continuous real estate and sales training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
