Real Estate Agent | Citizenship by Investment Advisor | High-Income Opportunity | Dubai
Richkey is looking for ambitious and high-performing professionals to join our team as Real Estate Agent | Citizenship by Investment Advisor in Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity for candidates who want to grow in two high-value sectors: Dubai Real Estate and Citizenship by Investment advisory.
The role combines traditional real estate brokerage with investment advisory services, allowing consultants to generate income through property transactions while also advising clients on global citizenship and residency-by-investment programs.
We are looking for strong closers who can build relationships, manage premium clients, and maximize opportunities across both sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage clients for Dubai real estate sales and leasing opportunities.
- Advise clients on Citizenship by Investment and residency-by-investment programs.
- Identify investor needs and recommend suitable real estate and international investment options.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, market pricing, and investment migration programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Dubai real estate brokerage, investment sales, or advisory is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work with local and international investors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Existing client network is a plus.
- Driving license is preferred.
