- At least one year of real estate experience; Dubai-market experience is preferred.
- Strong insight into off-plan and secondary property market trends.
- Confident communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Fluent English.
- Disciplined, self-driven, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and resilient.

- Manage high-value client portfolios and close property transactions.
